Minimum Stay Details

Full house rental, except for low seasons when rental per floor is optional.

High Season: 7-night minimum stay required
Low Season: 3-night minimum stay required
Holidays: 7-night minimum stay required (Full-house - Easter, Thanksgiving, Independence (JA), Christmas & New Years.)

Check in: 3:00 PM - Check out: 11:00 AM

Guest Policies

No outside guests are permitted. Please notify Adina about extra guests (name and other info) prior to arrival up to the maximum occupancy.

Parties

No parties allowed.

Damage Waiver

A $150 Damage Waiver applies to every reservation.
